I'm very happy that I found 1 Pest Solution. Daniel called me back within minutes of my inquiry, discussed my concerns, and then came out the very next day to do a full inspection of my home. I'm telling you, a full inspection, not a quick walk through without opening a single cabinet.
He examined every cabinet, sink, crawl space, garage, vents, ducts, examined the damage, as well as took photos of the damages. Not only is he an exterminator but he can also repair the structural gaps, and repair and improve the crawl spaces.
My concerns are great and this has all been terribly stressful for me. When wildlife is living in the walls of your home, and eating additional structure to get in elsewhere, this is serious, and not something that should be put off for an additional month waiting for another company to fit you in.
Thank you Daniel for making this a priority. I will update my review after the wildlife issue has been taken care of.

Daniel came out (for free!) and assessed my situation with bees hovering around two trees in my backyard. I was worried there was a hive, but nope the bees simply love visiting the trees for the nectar. Another company wanted to treat it without assessment and thank goodness I sought out Daniel, as he saved me from a couple hundred dollars of what would have been a worthless treatment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can vary on what you need at that time. A basic plan starts at $34 a month for Bi-Monthly Pest Protection but depends on the size of the home and multiple other factors such as the type of infestation if there is one. I like to do a FREE Healthy Home Inspection for all my customers so we both can get a better understanding of what your property and family need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going out to the home doing a top to bottom Free Healthy Home Inspection so I can taylor the best program that fits your home, your needs, and your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 27 years in this industry, I'm still learning something new every day, or I feel like I've failed. I have accreditations from the American Baking Institute for Food Safety, Storage, and Distribution, Texas A&M Termite Biology & Treatment Certified, Purdue University Studies in Entomology Accreditation, and soon hold my ACE certification which is an Accredited Certified Entomologist. I also hold Certified Applicator licenses in more than 12 states.
