We have had Ochoa Construction Group, LLC for three different projects, and their workmanship has been excellent every time. First, they reinforced our deck when it was beginning to feel loose, making it solid and secure again. They also added a new window to our den, and the result is beautiful, it blends so naturally with the house that it looks as though it has always been there.Most recently, they leveled our subfloor as part of a major remodeling project that included removing a wall. The subfloor was in very poor condition and presented a real challenge, but they handled it skillfully and achieved an outstanding result. The finished floor is now level, beautiful, and completely natural-looking; you would never know how difficult the starting point was. We are extremely pleased with all three projects and highly recommend Ochoa Construction Group to anyone looking for skilled, dependable professionals who take pride in doing the job right.

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll review the project timeline, materials, and expectations so everyone is on the same page. Throughout the project, you'll communicate directly with one of the owners—not a project manager or someone you've never met. We keep you informed every step of the way, maintain a clean and organized job site, and complete a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations before considering the job complete.

As a licensed North Carolina Limited Residential Contractor, we have the training and knowledge required to complete residential construction projects safely, professionally, and in compliance with state building codes. Our experience comes from years of hands-on work across all phases of residential construction, including roofing, framing, drywall, remodeling, home additions, and new home construction.
