- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For home inspections, I need some information to price appropriately. If they call me or email me, I can get them a price based on a few questions, namely square footage and location. From there, a few more details and I can get the ball rolling. For construction, it depends on the customer's level of readiness. Do they have plans, land, financing, etc. Handled on a case by case basis, but call me and we can discuss what the first steps are, happy to help!

NC State Construction Management, years of on the job experience in management of construction, and grew up in the field with a veteran realtor mother and custom builder stepfather who was also a home inspector.
