Our pricing is based on the full scope of work, surface condition, prep required, and products used. Every project gets a detailed written estimate so you know exactly what’s included. We are a premium painting company, not a budget painter. We use high-quality materials, thorough prep, and professional crews, and our pricing reflects the value and durability of the finished result. Most customers choose us for a better experience and longer-lasting work, not the lowest bid. Minimum project size is $750. No hidden fees. Financing and occasional promotions are available. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and well organized: Quick intro + scheduling – We reach out fast, learn about your project, and schedule an in-person or virtual estimate. Walkthrough & consultation – We review the areas, discuss goals, durability needs, colors, and timeline. We can also help with color selection if needed. Detailed written estimate – You receive a clear, itemized proposal outlining scope, products, prep, and pricing. Scheduling & prep – Once approved, we lock in your project dates and review prep and access details so there are no surprises. Professional production – Our crews protect surfaces, complete proper prep, and apply premium products using the right methods. Final walkthrough – We walk the project with you, handle any touch-ups, and only close out when you’re satisfied. Clear communication runs through the whole job so you always know what’s happening and what’s next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained through a national professional painting franchise system with standardized processes for estimating, prep, application, and jobsite protection. We follow manufacturer guidelines and best practices for surface prep and coating systems, and we work closely with Sherwin-Williams reps on product selection and application methods. Our crews are experienced full-time professionals, not day labor, and we continuously review project quality, safety, and process standards. We also carry full insurance coverage and follow documented job procedures from estimate through final walkthrough.
