- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All first-time customers will receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request new customers to send a few pictures of what we would be taking for them. After we review the pictures, we'll give the customer an estimate. Once the estimate is agreed upon, next is scheduling a date for us to come out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are highly experienced with moving and hauling, with at least over 5 years of experience in the field.
