FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated for a dinner or special event there is an hourly fee with minimum amount of hours plus the cost of ingredients. So if you wanted burgers the food cost would be inexpensive but if you wanted lobster tails it would increase but my rate does not change no matter what I cook. Meal plans are a set price depending on the amount of meals and then the cost of ingredients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will communicate via phone or email and gather more information about the event. All my consultations are free of charge which allows less stress and flexibility with each customers budget. We customize all menu's to our clients which is very unique in this industry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually educate myself always, I am a current Serv Safe certificate holder to ensure safety and hygiene in my customers homes. I am currently advancing my associates degree in culinary arts to a Bachelors degree in Culinary Management from Johnson and Whales University.
