- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service here is priced very competitively. Other than the price of the parts which fluctuates constantly our labor is based on levels. Which means a more difficult device to work on will make a higher labor rate may become but we still strive to save the customer money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers it is our job to meet, understand and exceed there needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I am actually self taught. I've been tinkering with electronics since I was a kid and growing older with more experience I've learned the basics of technology and working with electronics. As for my education I have a degree in Criminal Justice to become a Forensic Specialist. But finally realizing that my true passion is in electronic repair I had to follow my heart. My educational background gives me my strong problem solving skills which is put to use with running diagnostics.
