After appointments with three doctors, including an orthopedist, over a two month period, pain in my left knee persisted. My wife, a client of Sarvar’s, highly recommended him. Almost immediately, he diagnosed the issue of my knee being out of alignment. After only a couple of sessions, I began to feel improvement. Following Sarvar’s instructions of strengthening and stretching exercises over a six week period, my knee was completed healed. Thanks to Sarvar, I’m playing tennis again 3-4 times per week!

After spiral breaks in my tibia and fibula and mainstream PT, I had lingering issues that were causing a significant disruption in my life. Thankfully I found Sarvar; he literally changed my life within a month. After a very comprehensive evaluation, it was clear that my breaks were the top of the iceberg and other issues were significantly contributing to my difficulties. He then developed a plan which had me pain free and in great shape in no time. Additionally he gave me a plan to move forward with to insure that my body maintains its flexibility as I age. Not only does my 56 year old self appreciate him, but my future 75 year old self is thanking him!

Since you’re reading this post the odds are that you’ve read, and will read, many more reviews before deciding whether or not to engage the services of Personalized Physical Therapy and Wellness. I know I did, and now that I am one of Sarvar’s clients, all I can do is just say, “Ditto” to all of the other reviews, all of which are five stars! The reviews are not exaggerated—Sarvar really is the person described in those outstanding reviews, and his personalized service is absolutely first rate. It is such a refreshing pleasure to have a knowledgeable and personable medical partner who wants to help me succeed in reaching our mutually determined goals. Having worked with Sarvar in person and on FaceTime for 8 months, I can say that I have never had a more knowledgeable, patient, dedicated physical therapist. He takes the time to probe into exactly what is going on with my body each time we meet in order to tailor the session to how I am feeling THAT day. He has coordinated with my orthopedist, a massage therapist, and a trainer. During that time, I have made progress that I never believed possible with a tear in my rotator cuff. Serious, non-judgmental and positive, he can also be very entertaining. He's the BEST!! I highly recommend him and his team approach!
