Thank you for helping me get back on track after dealing with a recent illness which left me very weak. Home visits were convenient and effective as the sessions are incorporated into your home and daily routine. I have been able to maintain good habits due to the home visit model. Farhin and Sarvar are also easy to spend time with, each personable and professional!

After appointments with three doctors, including an orthopedist, over a two month period, pain in my left knee persisted. My wife, a client of Sarvar’s, highly recommended him. Almost immediately, he diagnosed the issue of my knee being out of alignment. After only a couple of sessions, I began to feel improvement. Following Sarvar’s instructions of strengthening and stretching exercises over a six week period, my knee was completed healed. Thanks to Sarvar, I’m playing tennis again 3-4 times per week!

After spiral breaks in my tibia and fibula and mainstream PT, I had lingering issues that were causing a significant disruption in my life. Thankfully I found Sarvar; he literally changed my life within a month. After a very comprehensive evaluation, it was clear that my breaks were the top of the iceberg and other issues were significantly contributing to my difficulties. He then developed a plan which had me pain free and in great shape in no time. Additionally he gave me a plan to move forward with to insure that my body maintains its flexibility as I age. Not only does my 56 year old self appreciate him, but my future 75 year old self is thanking him!
