Are you looking for a new brokerage??? Whether you are new to real estate or are a seasoned broker who has completed numerous transactions, Wayfinder Homes LLC allows you the autonomy to function at your own pace. The monthly brokerage meetings provide valuable information to keep you updated on changes in the real estate industry as well as relevant topics to help you in your journey toward success. Training classes are also provided on different topics. The office workspace/conference room can be used for webinars as well as meetings with clients. The downtown location is convenient and easily accessible. If you are looking for a real estate firm with excellent resources, friendly agents, reasonable brokerage fees, good commission splits, then look no further. Tehane Gallimore is a very responsive, hands-on BIC who cares about her agents. Sure, there are much larger real estate firms in the area that you could partner with, but, personally, I'd rather be under a broker who supports their agents. With so many agencies out there, knowing that my BIC personally strives for the BEST takes care of the REST!!!
