- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates!!!! We have pricing that is fair to all homeowner's and fair for our company as well, we want them to get a good quality job completed for the money they pay us to complete the job. We are not the cheapest but I can say we are not the most expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take pictures of any and all areas of concern to show the customer and explain how I will do the repair and fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a company we are constantly educating ourselves on the new materials and technology involved in roofing and gutters.
