- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide pricing costs of projects in an upfront manner. We are competitive with our pricing and put our best foot forward. If you are a Teacher, Firefighter, Police, Veteran, or Senior Citizen, we offer discounts! If you are in an industry that believe is overlooked and should be considered for discount please let us know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first set up an initial introduction meeting over the phone or in person, learn about you and your project, desired timeline, what's important to you as a home owner... Then we schedule a time to come out and look at your roof. Usually same day. From there we provide our inspection/estimate report to the home owner, go over details, and explain to them options when it comes to their roofing system. Some processes are easier than others. But regardless, we will hold your hand through it all!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20+ years of hands on experience. Nothing beats hands on experience. We have the product knowledge that helps us decide what best products to put on your roof! We are expert LISTENERS.... meaning instead of showing up at your home and talking the entire time, we ask you questions that are important to you and will mean a lot to your projects success... Doesn't sound like it's something that is training related, but it's how we train our employees.
