Had a leaking issue. Another estimate from another company said it couldn’t be fixed and wanted to replace the entire roof. Wil and Randy have an honest opinion of the roof and made the necessary repairs. I recommend this company if you, like me, prefer to work with a local company.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service EcoShield provided. Wil was quick to respond to my request (within hours) and patient enough to talk me through their business process, so we could make a well informed decision. I appreciate the honesty, courtesy, and respect he displayed. He and his team accessed and repaired the roof and also cleaned the gutters of my rental property. I also appreciated that he took the time to take before and after photos of the repair areas and followed up a couple days after to ensure there were no additional issues after the repair. We are now considering a full roof replacement in the Spring and will definitely call on EcoShield. Thank you Wil and EcoShield for the exceptional service!

We hired EcoShield to replace our roof, repair siding and gutters. The whole process from sales to finish the work was done professionally. We are very happy with their work and appreciate their prompt responses. Evan and Wil were both courteous and professional. Evan was very helpful and friendly. He even came to meet with our insurance adjuster to help with the claim process. They provide a 12-year workmanship warranty on the roof, which is something to keep in mind when comparing with other companies. We highly recommend their services.

For anything roof-related my family most highly recommends William (Wil) Sessions of Eco Shield roofing. Please read about him here: http://ecoshieldnc.com Wil clearly has a personal focus on customer satisfaction as well as on ecology and overall assistance to other people. The roof replacement took place soon after Wil came to our Hillsborough house to discuss the project, and was excellently done and quickly completed. Then, day after the roof was replaced, Wil obsessively cleaned up outside, all around the house (roofing is messy.) Wil also reviews his customers’ insurance paperwork and advises about how to proceed with getting their insurance benefits correctly and efficiently received; that is a great help! Of most importance to us: Wil can talks with customers in an interactive way that is intelligent, honest, and feels respectful and concerned - wanting to hearing and provide what you want or explain why he recommends otherwise.

We provide pricing costs of projects in an upfront manner. We are competitive with our pricing and put our best foot forward. If you are a Teacher, Firefighter, Police, Veteran, or Senior Citizen, we offer discounts! If you are in an industry that believe is overlooked and should be considered for discount please let us know.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first set up an initial introduction meeting over the phone or in person, learn about you and your project, desired timeline, what's important to you as a home owner... Then we schedule a time to come out and look at your roof. Usually same day. From there we provide our inspection/estimate report to the home owner, go over details, and explain to them options when it comes to their roofing system. Some processes are easier than others. But regardless, we will hold your hand through it all!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20+ years of hands on experience. Nothing beats hands on experience. We have the product knowledge that helps us decide what best products to put on your roof! We are expert LISTENERS.... meaning instead of showing up at your home and talking the entire time, we ask you questions that are important to you and will mean a lot to your projects success... Doesn't sound like it's something that is training related, but it's how we train our employees.
