- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple pricing: $40 to unlock any vehicle (cars, trucks, SUVs, campers, tractor trailers) $50 to repair locks and/or assemblies (lock must be intact) $60 to change out locks/re-key to new/refurbished lock $40 to correctly diagnose check engine lights (use dedicated system) $20 per hour for onsite computer repair and networking (home or office) $80 per hour -- BMW-Mercedes-Volvo ASE certified technician -- compared to $110
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Go onto the forums and seek out more knowledge. Anyone who says they cannot learn anymore is pompous and not interested in innovation.
