About this pro
Matthew with Forestieri Custom Exteriors has been the absolute best contractor that I've ever partnered with. I've benefited from his remodeling and renovation work on two separate projects. I've learned that one of the most important parts of renovating (Rule No 1) is allowing your contractor to take ownership of the project. Matthew can do that with pride. For everything that I asked him to handle, he did better than I could have hoped. When I forget Rule No. 1 and stick my nose into the details, Matthew doesn't flinch. He listens patiently and provides helpful input. On of our many projects together I asked for one impractical detail. Matthew explained the nuances, and left me to choose whether I'd like to move forward. That's the key: he helps his clients understand the project, but he never imposes his own preferences. For everything that I decided, he followed through with my plans and made them come to life. Matthew has also completed two home additions for me at separate locations. Both restored life to the properties, making the homes livable for a modern lifestyle. I can't endorse Matthew with enough enthusiasm. Great contractor, great man!Dec 22, 2017Verified
Wow. I cannot express how happy I am that I finally decided to go with Matt. Through all of my indecisions and changes he remained completely calm and professional and is truly a super great guy. He and his team went above and beyond what was expected, including extras and details that I would never have thought of. All of his guys are extremely professional and very nice. They show up when they say they will, work hard all day, communicate everything, and were simply a joy to work with. And to top all of this his quotes beat out 4 other contractors. I would recommend Matt to anyone in a second.Jan 5, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For service calls and smaller jobs I have a service call price sheet I can provide upon request to customers to often times eliminate the need for a site visit estimate. For larger jobs I always make a site visit and provide a firm price through email. For Pressure washing I have a price sheet as well that I apply to the customers home once I can input the square footage of areas to be cleaned. Occasionally I must also add a price factor for liability. Working at high heights, roofing, etc....The more dangerous the work the more it will cost to make the risk worth the reward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I email them a copy of my references and insurance and try to set up an appointment for a site visit. We meet at the proposed job and determine the scope of the work and then I will typically email them a formal estimate in 24-48 hours. If we come to an agreement a contract is sent through email and we schedule a start date.
