- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we start out with an introductory phone call, and arrange to meet and discuss your goals, there is no charge. If it is determined that we will work together, hourly rates/fees for work done will be charged. I will invoice my time and work, and seek to be paid once per month. $20 per hour, most likely @ 10 hours per week unless otherwise determined, and travel within 60 miles no charge. Beyond 60 miles, $15 flat fee added to that months invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet, phone or email...I'm open to all, and aim to work to find out what your goals are, what drives you, what you want your reputation and brand to be and how you operate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Journalism, 20 years in retail or business management, budgeting, scheduling, hiring/firing, writing and marketing, 20 yrs in Fine Arts as Painter.
