Bill has completed several jobs for us. We initially hired him to build an 18’x20’ addition onto our home. He took an existing window in an exterior wall and put in an entrance door to what was a bedroom. Bill then built the addition and turned the bedroom into a fully handicapped bathroom. He passed all county inspections without any issues and recommended an electrician and roofer who also did an amazing job. We then hired Bill to rebuild our back deck. It was decaying after 15 yrs of use. He added a wheelchair ramp and completed a beautiful deck stretching the full length of the back of our home. Next, we had Bill remove a dining room window and install a back door onto the deck. He also built the door which also has a full window in it. Our last job he did was a new front deck and wheelchair ramp. He replaced and redesigned the front deck. Our next job will have him building a screened in covered front deck attached to the house at our front door.
Bill has been prompt and never hesitated to respond and fix a back gate on the deck that wasn’t latching properly. It was not his fault. His prices are very reasonable and he can be counted on to do the job in a professional and prompt manner. If he had to take a day or two off he always kept us informed. We highly recommend Mr. Folmer to do any job you have.
