Thus far I am quite pleased with the bathroom remodel. The only thing I would like to have added is some touch up paint for the cabinets to cover up some obvious nail holes. Kurt, was a very hard woker and goes above and beyond. A keeper.

Hi Rhonda - thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're so glad to hear Kurt went above and beyond - we agree he certainly is a keeper! As for the paint for your cabinets, I will have Spencer get in touch with you and we will get those holes taken care of ASAP!

Everything was made simple, except locating my checks that I don't use this century. From selecting materials and having measurements taken with Alex, the installation by Kurt, or the follow-up to make sure everything was perfect by Spencer, this was a great experience.I had two bathrooms updated at the same time, removing old tubs and updating to beautiful walkin showers. Kurt made sure I was never without the use of one, so I was never inconvenienced. His craftsmanship meticulous. Everything turned out perfect and there was no mess to clean up behind him - at all.If you're thinking about pulling your bathrooms into the mid- 2020s I highly recommend StyleSafe

Tub to shower conversion is fine but should be for price paid. So we are satisfied. Got an estimate for a new toilet which was I thought way overpriced , almost $800. Kohler elongated toilets run around $300 at Home Depot so $500 for installation, thanks but no thanks. Was going to have another shower redone in our upstairs but have decided to try another bath remodeler.

Hi Larry, thanks so much for taking the time to give us some feedback. Whether it's good or bad, we always appreciate the time people take to review us. Our goal is to always be learning and improving. I looked back at the toilet quote and it looks like we quoted $765 for a Kohler elongated 19" high toilet. The toilet itself was priced at $540 and then $225 for the removal & disposal of the current toilet and providing and installing the new toilet, new supply lines, new wax ring and a new stop on the line to the toilet. If people want to provide their own toilet we are always ok with that and then just charge the $225. That's especially easy when we know about it ahead of time and the plumber can have everything they need. The comfort height toilets (17" high) are the most common height and cost about $200 less. These are the ones readily available at the big box stores. Sorry again for your frustration on that issue. I looked at the pictures of the shower and it looks really good. I really like the shower doors you picked. I'd love to provide you a quote for your other bathroom. We always have a repeat customer discount so it might be worth at least getting a price from us since you know our installation and shower products are wonderful Thanks again for your time!

We first contacted StyleSafe in early January. They came out and walked me through their 2 seat tub options, wall panels, installation and follow-up process. By the end of the day we had their quote in hand along with finance options. We waited to come back to them because we needed to get two more quotes. It took longer to get the quotes then expected but then we called StyleSafe back in early February to clarify a few questions and then signed on with them. At that time we were told it would take approximately a month to get the tub and once received, three days for installation. They were correct. The most important part of all of this was the three day installation. It could not have gone smoother. They arrived on time. Their subcontractor was there when needed. Additional men were on site when needed. Cleanup went smooth and then they were done and gone. Any questions we had were always answered. Everybody was very friendly and sincere. We highly recommend StyleSafe for their professional work and friendliness.Kent & Marilyn Harris
