FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should ask how we charge, per hour or by the job. We typically charge per the job, however.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically ask for couple photos of the project if it’s small in nature. We next set up a meeting to better understands he nature of the project and proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned above, since I was a child I always had passion for repairs in general.
