Jake Lynch was super professional, clean and respectful. He took the extra time to do the job correctly and double checked all his work and did a thorough inspection afterwards. He even took the extra time to teach me about the unit and what to look for in the future.Great explanation of the options for me going forward and I didn't feel pressured at all to do anything I didn't want to do.. 100/10 and yes you read that correctly.

Of course I didnt happen to notice my furnace wasnt working until after hours on a Friday. I called the 24-hour line, and the kindest, down to earth, genuine lady offered to troubleshoot the issue with me, in order to save me from having to pay for a service call. As a first time home owner, Bears Home Solutions could have easily charged me to come out for a simple fix, but instead they chose customer service over making a quick $$. Thank you
