- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. However, I do offer select discounts throughout the year and also offer a limited number of mini sessions at a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One a client submits a request for a photo session, I follow up to answer any questions. If the client decides to book a session, we select a date and time. I then email confirmation details to the client and follow up with them prior to the session as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended numerous photography courses, have specialized training in digital manual photography, lightning and also have specialized training in graphic design / photo editing.
