I have been working in the health and fitness industry for the last 15 years. Over the years I have continued my education in hormone health, pre and post natal care, senior fitness, body building, powerlifting, Pilates, corrective exercise, injury prevention, recovery and most importantly the nutrition it takes to support an always aging body and mind. I am passionate about educating and supporting my clients to reach their heath and fitness needs through all obstacles!

I trained with Jessica for just over 2 years. When I started I was over weight, very inflexible, and suffered with extreme back pain. I have since lost a great deal of weight, increased my flexibility, and have minimal to no pain now. I am in better shape and feel much better.
I have found Jessica to be a knowledgeable and effective trainer. She is easy to communicate with about what I need to get done and how we can do it.
Jessica is great for anyone at any level of fitness who wants to have a fitness routine.
