Introduction

I listen closely to what the customer wants and work hard to ensure that the end product meets what they expected. The installer was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly with a quote. When we had questions, he answered them fast and with helpful information. The install was done in one day and looks fantastic. Good attention to detail and precise alignment with existing flooring.

I am a first time flipper who found a great contractor with Chris, he shows professionalism, work timely, easy to speak with and ask questions. He did some difficult work no one else wanted to do, take out a load bearing wall and putting a LVL beam in above the ceiling among other things. He also helped me find some other good trades that are trust worthy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with my clients on bids. I want you to love the final product, we do our best to be fair with clients and work with them to fit their budget. Always remember that you get what you pay for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to stay in contact with my clients and make sure they're aware of each step in the process. I'm always more than willing to work with them on costs of projects and am very flexible. I believe that trust is the foundation of any type of relationship, especially a business relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a registered GC in the state of Nebraska and I also have my degree in Construction Management and Business. I've worked for various companies that range from framing homes to finishing touches throughout the actual house.
