- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we bid a job, we base it on a number of things. For example, square footage, frequency of the cleaning, office cleaning, stripping/waxing floors, number of restrooms, etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting to work with prospective customers, we start out by have a face to face meeting with the facility contact. So that we can sit down and determine what you are looking for. Then we will measure the facility and note any special requirements. After that process is complete, we will get a proposal written up for you and send it to you. Contact made a few days later to see if there are any questions regarding the bid amount or tasks that are covered.
