They did an extremely good job and the owner came out the next day to inspect what his crews had done. He completed some extra work that isn't typical roofing scope. They used extra ice shield around my skylights and other pipe penetrations to ensure they don't leak. They also painted the pipes that could be seen from the street to match the flashing color. The owner changed a furnace vent that I thought was a typical roof vent. That is something that was discovered when I noticed the old vent was still their. The vent was broken and made a loud noice so I asked them if they would change it. That is something they typically don't change but they changed it for the cost of the part only. I felt they went out of their way to make me happy. By the way, they were the low bidder.

I had my roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage. H and M Roofing did an excellent job on the roof and gutters, and were very fast and very clean! They made working with the insurance company a breeze, and the whole process went very smooth. Ron Silver is a great guy and went out of his way to make sure the project was a success. He even took care of some painting on the roof because he wasn't happy with how the roof looked without it being done! If you are in need of a new roof or gutters, do yourself a favor and hire H and M Roofing. You won't be disappointed!

Ron was the only representative to meet me face to face and shake my hand. All the others just played phone/email/text-me tag. He gave me a quote on the spot and made thoughtful project suggestions. The H&M crew arrived in two days and completed the job in two. Though the job was probably small by their standards it was my house and I appreciated their timely and quality work. Ron followed up in person and thanked me with a hand shake. Ron is the exception in the roofing business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard price to replace a residential roof is $266 per Square (100 Square feet). Additional charges apply only to multi-layer tear off, steep roofs and multi height roofs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we can visit on the phone to arrange a free inspection. We will offer our advice and a quote on the spot. Most roof jobs take 1 day and can be scheduled within 2 weeks. We only accept payment when the job is finished. When insurance companies are involved we work closely with the adjusters and issue a completion statement when the job is completed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Every person on our team brings unique and different talents. We have all been working in construction and roofing since we were young.
