- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing simple and fair. Most screen repairs are very affordable depending on size and condition, and I always provide a clear quote upfront—no surprises. I’m happy to work with multiple screens at once and can often offer better pricing for bulk repairs. My goal is to give you a cost-effective option that’s much cheaper than full window screen replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make everything quick and easy. Most customers start by sending a message or text with a photo of the screen. From there, I can usually provide a fast quote and turnaround time. Depending on the job, I offer convenient drop-off, pickup, or on-site options. Most repairs are completed quickly, and I’ll communicate clearly throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world work over several years. I’ve spent over 8 years working specifically with screen repair, learning the details that make a repair look clean, tight, and long-lasting. I focus on quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.
