Overall, Nalpha Cleaning did a great job. They were able to come when I needed them to and arrived on-time. It was only two people, so I was concerned about them getting it done in the 3 hour window they allotted and they did take 4 hours (and honestly could have probably used close to 5 to get everything perfect). Neli was able to get rid of some pesky toilet stains the last tenants left which we have been working on forever! Neli was teaching her son how to properly clean and it was clear by how she taught him that she is really committed to her work. However, I think because of the tight timing (Neli mentioned that she had another house to do right after mine in Omaha), they forgot a few areas and they didn’t leave enough time to clean the fridge which I was counting on before I had family come stay. They forgot to clean the landing above the stairs, the laundry room, and the front entry way floor. I let Neli know about these issues and she said she could come back when she was in the area again 10 days later. Overall the work Neli and her son did was great and their prices were reasonable, but they needed to allow for more time to ensure they could do the full scope of work. I would give them another chance though!
