Attempted to use this company for weekly cleaning services. Price was reasonable but I wasn’t pleased with the customer service. The company has no reputable Google reviews and still requests payment up front before arriving. Despite my hesitation I paid in advance. My cleaning was scheduled for 12:30 and at 10am this morning I attempted to call the number on the invoice they sent me multiple times to reschedule. The number went straight to voicemail. The cleaner arrived at 12:30 and I explained that I was hoping to reschedule for Friday because the house was still not ready. She told me she did not speak English but would speak to the owner and let him know. I assured her I had already paid and she wouldn’t be losing work and thanked her. The owner finally responded to me at 6pm stating that I would be charged a $60 fee for the time wasted and travel of the cleaner. Considering I was not provided with any means to contact my cleaner or the owner prior to her arrival despite several attempts to reach them in advance, and the fact that this was supposed to be a weekly service moving forward and the owner mentioned they did not have many clients - I was expecting them to be more accommodating. If you are going to charge customers for rescheduling, being available to answer the phone and communicate is important. I told the owner he could keep my money and I would find someone else to work with.
