Introduction: Tired of the grind of shopping for food and preparing meals? Let me take the hassle out of dinnertime and prepare delicious meals for you. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and can prepare make-ahead meals for you to freeze. For 139 dollars, I will make five different entrees (enough for two portions.) One of my fall dishes includes Italian chicken with peppers, onions and garlic served over penne pasta or pork loin with smashed sweet yams. I can also cater small dinner parties with an elegant flair.
