Chef Nadia, from Blaise Gave me an Excellent and thorough Full oneTime Consultation: due to my Illness and Hospitalization and My Husband being a Victim of a Severe Car crash. As his Caregiver and Cook, although overwhelmed, I needed a Precise Cooking Lesson involving My Entire Structure of my Kitchen, my prep Work, Looking at Recipes in an Easier yet Pro Chef View! Wow! Really made things so much Easier for me! I cannot Thank Blaise and Chef Nadia E. Enough during this Trying Time!! (Pics are of my Chili done 100% Better per Blaise Reccs!)

Nadia was Wonderful!! I would recommend her service for any event requiring catering services or even just a private event. My husband and I booked with Blaize Hospitality & Design for our Anniversary 05/24/20. When we booked with Nadia, we explained the expectations for the evening. Not only did she exceed these expectations, she prepared one of the best meals that I have ever had! I cannot wait until we decide to do another event because Mrs. Nadia is my first choice! Thanks again Nadia for such a wonderful service. We really enjoyed the experience.

Nadia & Tim were amazing. I had a surprise Anniversary for my wife & I. I love the fact that Nadia has a real passion for cooking. I would highly recommend her if you are planning a romantic meal for your significant other. We will be calling on her again.

Nadia was amazing, everything dish was awesome! I'm not a even a broccoli person but I cleared all the broccoli off my plate tonight lol. She's very easy to work it, just tell her what you want and she will try to make it happen. Highly recommended!

Nadia was so amazing! I used her services for a Mother's Day Dinner for 5. The menu was personalized to my taste and everything I requested for her to cook she was more than happy to make! Everything was so tasty. We had a 5 star restaurant experience. She even accommodated a last minute location change. I highly recommend her.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is contingent upon the difficulty level of the service that the client is wanting to have provided to them. The lesser the difficulty or the lesser the cost of food for catering/private chef services, the lesser the price. Of course, repeat clients or referrals are granted a discount.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I would like to get a feel for what type of vision the customer has for their event, if there is one. Then, we can collaborate on those ideas and come up with the best ideas and I will work to make those visions come to fruition. We can then draw u a contract, holding both parties accountable for services rendered.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Johnson and Wales University, Charlotte, Culinary Arts AS, Food Service Management BS, 2009. Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Certified. Federal Dining Room Professional Certified. Texas Food Handlers Certified. Bar Manager/Craft Cocktail Menu Bartender at a restaurant in Midtown Houston. Event Coordinator at a restaurant in Midtown Houston. Design student at HCC.
