Catering/food is what I love to do. Its not just another job, its my passion. I hope to make every event, every occasion, and every party, stress free and memorable for every person. Take'em Catering is committed to making mouths water and people smile. I love that every event that I do is different in some way. Favorite part is watching someone's face light up after they taste the deliciousness created. Unreal feeling!!! I am very blessed to do what I love and share that with people. I also just acquired a mobile dining food truck/trailer to allow me to have another aspect of the business. It is a fully stocked mobile kitchen on wheels which allows me to make the freshest food for people.

I put the wrong date on my request and didn't discover it until the morning of the party. Phillip was able to make it happen with some extra effort on his part. This was the 18th annual party and Take'em delivered the best food yet! The guests raved about the aroma when they walked in and continued raving as they consumed the fresh food! Everything was fresh and delicious! Thanks Phillip!

Ask questions. Ask for samples or schedule a tasting. Don't settle for bland food.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
From scratch cooking is a must. I love to eat and I love to cook, so I am picky about food. I will not serve anything that I wouldn't eat myself or isn't made to my standard.
