I have been very happy with ConcreteMedic and working with Cory. They set the appointment and completed the work on that day. When there was settling that caused an uneven area, I contacted Cory and he got his crew back out quickly to get it taken care of.

I was in need of both concrete drive way and steps lifted at my home. I am happy that I called Concrete Medic as they came right out and were very professional. Cory with Concrete Media was wonderful! Very responsive, honest and fair. He pointed out things none of the other companies caught, yet he didn't charge me anymore to get those things taken care of. I also told him this was a real estate transfer so we wanted it done as quickly as possible. He came out the next week and completed the work, which was more than a month faster than any of the other quotes I received. I honestly did not have one single issue with ConcreteMedic during the entire project! Everything went smoothly and was handled as promised. I would definitely recommend Concrete Medic to anyone and I will be using them from now on!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Concrete lifting pricing is different in almost every situation, as pricing depends not only on the size of the slab needing lifted, but also the distance that the slab has settled or sunk.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, clients engage us via phone or email, asking if we can take a look at a particular issue they're having with their concrete. We then set up a time to inspect the problem and put together a proposal for fixing it. Some clients like us to email the proposal (which we can do), whereas some like us to provide a proposal while on site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though we've been trained to use polyurethane mudjacking foam by the largest manufacturer of Concrete leveling products in the country, the majority of our training takes place in-house.
