- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard dumpster rental prices include an 8-day rental: • 8-yard — $195 • 10-yard — $215 • 12-yard — $235 • 15-yard — $285 • 20-yard — $305 • 30-yard — $405 • 35-yard — $455 • 40-yard — $505 Pricing may vary depending on the type and weight of material, rental length and delivery location. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple. Tell us about your project and we’ll help you choose the right dumpster size. You can order online, call or text—whatever is easiest. Once scheduled, we deliver the dumpster to your home or job site. Pickup is automatically scheduled for one week after delivery—for example, a Monday delivery is picked up the following Monday. Finished early? Just call or text us and we can arrange an earlier pickup. Need more time? Contact us to extend your rental. For contractors, we can also coordinate swaps and additional dumpsters to help keep your project moving. Our goal is clear communication, reliable service and an easy rental process from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drivers maintain the required licenses, DOT credentials and safety training for the trucks they operate. They’re experienced with roll-off equipment, safe dumpster placement and working around homes, driveways and active construction sites. Our customer service team is trained to help customers choose the right dumpster, understand pricing and rental terms, and coordinate deliveries, pickups and swaps. Our owners also have years of experience in the construction industry—not just as a dumpster company, but as contractors and customers ourselves. We understand how important dependable delivery, quick communication and keeping a project on schedule can be.
