I manage multiple in home employees and have very high standards for anyone who comes into my home to do any kind of work. I know what quality service looks like and Jay went above and beyond what I expected out of him. In today’s world it’s hard to get any kind of good service and we end up just hoping the work gets done without too much damage. Jay was very professional, worked with our schedule, was very prompt on messages, and showed up on time. When he arrived he was very respectful of my home and made sure to go over all the possibilities with me so I was comfortable with the work he was going to do, not only that but when it ended up being more work than what was planned he didn’t up his price a ridiculous amount like other contractors will do, he stuck to his estimate and took care of us. I will not hesitate to have Jay back out for all our electrician needs. Thanks!!

Im currently working full time..trying to get my business going so i do this on side so im very competitive...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is if the customer is available to talk ..properly introduce myself then talk about what they want...sometimes on a computer or app there isnt enough info...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Finished the electrical 5 yr program..became a journeyman ...was a foreman for 10 years. ..In home security ..proffessionially trained by ADT..went through their on the job training requirements
