I had installed some new outdoor lanterns that were not working due to my lack of knowledge about electrical work. Jay was able to figure out what was wrong in a matter of minutes but then took the time (that I was paying for anyway) to properly install the lights as we had created a bit of a fire hazard! :-o Thank you, Jay! He also took the time to give me an estimate for some landscape lighting that I hope to have him complete in the near future.

AMAZING! Jay certainly knows what he is doing. I think he charged me less then he should have for all the extra work he did to fix the many electrical issues/problems from prior DIY, as well as helping my carpenter contractor working on another project! He is honest, trustworthy, works hard, and is a really nice guy. Even my husband was impressed with his work, (rare). I will definately have him back. Im currently working full time..trying to get my business going so i do this on side so im very competitive...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is if the customer is available to talk ..properly introduce myself then talk about what they want...sometimes on a computer or app there isnt enough info...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Finished the electrical 5 yr program..became a journeyman ...was a foreman for 10 years. ..In home security ..proffessionially trained by ADT..went through their on the job training requirements
