His punctual arrival prior to the party event to ensure all was ready to go for that evening was great. Most importantly, the photos Rob captured were fantastic! There was one ackward photo that was posted online that I didn't want others to see, but Rob was able to quickly photoshop once I raised my concern. Over 200 pictures were captured for the event. So, thanks to Rob, my Mother will have memories of this milestone birthday for years to come. His rates were very reasonable, payment was simple (a credit card over the phone), he communicated very well, was on time for the event and did a great job organizing a large group of 80+. After the shoot, he posted the three best shots on a website which allowed us to review and pick the one we wanted printed very quickly. He delivered the framed print, with caption and logo within one week. The picture was exceptional and I'm sure the gift will be treasured by the recipient. I was very satisfied with the work Michael provided and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future work.
