- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in giving you fair and accurate pricing from the beginning. We don't lure you in with very low prices only to slip in extra charges later. We're skilled at working within a wide range of budgets to suit your needs without compromising quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll meet with you at your house or in our design center to go over your project. Then our designers and estimators will put together a preliminary plan for your project and present you with an exact quote. Upon your approval, we'll get started on your project!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company was started by Allen Passer in 1966. Allen's son Mark joined the company in the 1980's and has built a team dedicated to providing homeowners an honest and reliable remodeling service.
