He was very thorough, diagnosed the issues with my air conditioning unit, and resolved the issues as quickly, efficiently, and as cost effectively as he could!!! I requested service around 6am and he was at my door around 8:20am the same day. It was just after the recent blizzard and the concern was a small amount of water was in my furnace, affecting my flame sensor. I cleaned it off and it started fine but I requested service to try to figure out what happened. It was possible, with the high winds and snow, snow may have entered the outlet pipe above the house, melted and made its way down to inside the furnace in just the right place, or wrong place. It was too cold to test the AC to see if the coils above the furnace are leaking since the day before the blizzard, we were running the AC so maybe that is the true problem. I will run the AC soon and ask for a return visit if that seems to be the culprit.
