- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each house and its windows are different, we really like to stop by and take a look at each project before we give an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we try to really get a sense of what's important to them individually, and then provide exceptional value. So we like to ask how often they want the windows cleaned, if there are additional projects or tasks we could help with, the best way to schedule the work, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for another local business for a few years, after which the owner gave me the opportunity to buy his business. I took that opportunity, and I've been growing Window Warriors now for 5 years.
