Our MayTag washing machine was not cycling through the wash. After sending an email, someone was here in less than 30 minutes! The gentleman inspected it and explained to us the cost of fixing versus the cost of replacing it. He broke down the cost of the new parts and showed us the prices on line. We definitely went with replacing it with a different manufacturer. I would gladly use FixPro again :)
