I get in crevices, move items around and prioritize quality over my time! I know having a stranger come into your home is scary so I will notify you before I come, and let you know exactly what I did when I leave. I can do a general clean or deep cleans. I do not open cabinets or drawers unless specifically requested. I provide my own cleaning supplies unless you have preferences.

I recently hired Beth's Cleaners to help me clean a recent post construction room in my home. Beth responded promptly to my inquiry and showed up and provided same day service! She did an excellent job getting my hardwood floors back to a far better appearance than before! Her attention to detail showed me she has a high level of delivering customer satisfaction and she cares about her clients. I will definitely be hiring her company again!

I had posted a request for a cleaner to do a deep clean as I was set to put my house for sale the following week. Beth responded with a price that blew the competition away and for being a single crew cleaner, she did an amazing job. My realtor said that she's not seen a house cleaned like that before and she has companies she uses when selling. The attention to detail and willingness to go above what I asked for was mind blowing. My house was 2,200 square feet and she accomplished the clean in less time than I thought it would take. My realtor and I both agree that the house sold so fast largely due to how immaculate she made it look. I only wish I could bring her with and have her do the cleanings weekly. Would DEFINITELY hire her again with zero hesitation.

Bethany did a great job cleaning my recently purchased older home that desperately needed a deep clean. She was easy to communicate with, flexible for scheduling, showed up right on time, and affordable. She spent 4.5-5 hours putting in a lot of elbow grease and it smells and looks so much better as a result of her efforts. I'll definitely keep her in mind for future cleaning needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take into account the number of bedrooms and bathrooms when I am looking at the pricing. I give free estimates, can travel to you for this. I add on prices for interior windows, interior oven, interior fridge, and surface of the wall scrubbing. Everything else is included
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me via email or phone, set up a day that works best to clean, Arrive at their home, have them show me around and ask them what all their preferences are, any areas to focus on, avoid, etc. Let them know how long I think I may be, give an estimated range of price and explain what could raise or lower the price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is mostly healthcare, but I do have experience in cleaning as a housekeeper at a facility, now I have a fully booked schedule that’s usually booked two weeks out/ When looking to hire look at least two weeks out so that you don’t get stuck with a housecleaner that isn’t well-known or trusted to have a job everyday.
