I had the Interior Drainage System and some downspouts buried with some bubble pots installed a couple years ago after my unfinished basement had some flooding. So it was time to get a service check-up done.I had Aaron Zach as my service tech. He was very friendly, personable, well spoken, and very clear on the work he intended on completing with the visit. Sometimes in other utility services I've not always had the best interaction with pushy sales or service representatives, but I believe Aaron to be the type of individual I'd hope to be able to work with again! He addressed my concerns I'd had since my install, and had a return visit to apply some sealant on my new concrete that was poured when I had the drainage system installed 2-years ago.Would recommend!

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this contractor. They called ahead early and arrived on time. The work supervisor Mel was precise and thorough walking me through the process from start to finish,making sure to protect the contents of my home from dust. Cleanup was meticulous and we concluded with a customer satisfaction survey . Great crew. Will recommend Ground Works to all my friends and associates needing this type of repairs.

Willy and crew were professional, courteous, considerate, knowledgeable and hardworking. Joe (project mgr) answered any questions I had along the way. Had 9 anchors and 3 steel beams installed on 11/2 foundation walls that needed work done. Also had an expansion joist installed in driveway to stop shifting. Financing was very easy. Whole process very easy. No complaints. Groundworks will come back and check in the near future and then once a year for 3 years and tighten if needed. After that we can take over or pay a small fee and have them continue coming out. Ill sleep much better now knowing I dont have to worry about our basement walls caving in. Thank guys!!

Josh was very patient with his explanation of what my basement needed to stabilize the walls. He explained options and what he would do if it was his home. When Mel, Jo and Aung were there, any questions I had were answered. The work was done efficiently and neatly. I am so glad that I chose Groundworks for my basement work.
