Dawn has been wonderful to work with and she definitely has a vision. I do not have the decorating talent and she has been able to open my eyes to new ideas and thoughts that I would have never been able to think about.

Dawn did an amazing job of helping me thru a remodel of my kitchen and living room areas. She took some time to understand what styles I liked and used that to come up with a few options for the spaces being remodeled. Some of those options were ones she knew I would feel very comfortable with, but also mixed in some more bold and striking options. Everything from the cabinetry, backsplash, hardware, windows, countertops, lighting, paint colors, appliances, furniture to the flooring was all included. I ended up loving some of the more bold options and chose to go with them. I absolutely love the results! Everyone that visits is quick to compliment the work also! She did such a great job that I have had Dawn work on a number of other jobs for me also - remodel of my office, designing a deck and picking out deck furniture are a couple examples. All turned out great. I highly recommend Dawn, great to work with!

Dawn has an amazing talent with interiordesign! We bought a home that had to have some extreme updating in a short amount of time. Dawn helped me decide on wall colors, flooring, hardware, and lots of other great ideas that worked great with existing components in our home all while keeping within our budget. I would highly recommend Dawn's designs!

Several years ago we purchased an existing newer home that needed 'help'. Dawn helped us choose paint colors that gave the house appeal inside and out. When we added a four season room, Dawn was there again giving us building design ideas that provided a panoramic view. We are in the process of building a new home out of state. Because we were so pleased with the outcome of the other house, we chose to a lot of the same colors in the new home. We met with Dawn again, she provided guidance and confirmation that we are on the right track for another great looking home! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is fair market value and less than large design firms. Pricing will very by the scope if the project and will be discussed on our first phone conversation. I currently have a special running at $100 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak on the phone first to learn the details and scope of your project, then we will determine if we would like to work together and move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The experience I gained from working at Sherwin Williams for over 15 years was immeasurable. I have a natural eye for color as well as well trained as well as product knowledge few others in my field have.
I learned how to work with all personalities, home owners, business owners, painters, spouses lol I'm a great mediator!
