We booked this company WEEKS in advance to help us with some heavy lifting for furniture for a move. They promised us they would be here on time when I asked for a contract. Then a few days before the schedule date, they tried to upcharge an extra 350$ because they said they had a truck and then changed their minds and said they didn’t but could find one for triple the price. Then on the day of the scheduled date, they never showed up, never asked for an address, never responded, and blocked my number. I’ve never been so disappointed and cannot believe people could do this to others. They left us completely screwed over on the day of our move.
