I cannot recommend Ashley and Wakem' Up Services enough! From the very beginning, Ashley was incredibly responsive, professional, and patient with all of my questions. I had a lot of specific move out cleaning requirements from my lease, and she took the time to go through everything with me, provided a detailed quote, and made sure I knew exactly what was included before I booked. There were no hidden fees or surprises. We actually hired her for two different services: packing before our move and our full move out cleaning. Her team arrived ready to work, was organized, efficient, and handled our belongings with so much care. They made a stressful moving process so much easier. For the move out cleaning, the house looked absolutely incredible. Everything was spotless, from the kitchen and bathrooms to the baseboards, appliances, cabinets, floors, windows, and all the little details that are easy to miss. It honestly looked better than when we moved in! What stood out the most was Ashley's communication. She kept me updated every step of the way, even when severe weather caused a delay in travel from Omaha to Lincoln. She was proactive, honest, and made sure I always knew what to expect, which I really appreciated. Ashley genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work, you can tell by the quality she produces. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy and seamless. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, detail oriented, fairly priced, and truly goes above and beyond, I would recommend Wakem' Up Services without hesitation. Ashley did a move out clean for us (we were actually moving IN but the house had not been cleaned). They did an incredible job. House looks brand new and it was very dirty. On top of a standard full house clean, they cleaned the inside of all of the appliances, vents, walls, fans, light fixtures and inside cabinets (and on top). Happy with the quote provided and even happier with my clean house. We’ll definitely be having them back for some monthly cleans.

They really went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was packed away for a big move (including hauling away larger pieces that we hadn’t agreed upon in advance). Their willingness to be flexible really saved me a lot of stress and they were also such easy company. As an aside, my cats loved them, which is obviously always the greenest flag. Thanks so much, Wake Em Up haulers!
