Introduction: I have been protecting the rights of injured victims for more than 15 years. My legal experience has led me through numerous courtrooms across Nebraska, from Lincoln County District Court in North Platte to Douglas County Court here in Omaha, the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court, and both the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court. I serve clients in all parts of Nebraska, including Omaha, the communities of Lincoln, Fremont, Gretna, Norfolk, and areas west. Jeff is a member of the American Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group. He is a past president of the Field Club of Omaha and also currently serves on the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Government Relation Committee.
