- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t charge for estimates or visual inspections though most customers have a mold problem that can’t be seen and typically choose to have mold tests performed for only $249. If there is a mold issue our cost of treatment for the entire home is usually about the same price our competitors charge to treat one or two rooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can usually come out for a free estimate in 1 to 3 business days. Please give us a call M-F 8am - 5pm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a certified MICRO mold remediation contractor.
