- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting with a new customer to determine the scope of the project, I look at their bookkeeping and record-keeping system to assess what will be needed to put their accounting in order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years' experience working in QuickBooks, Quicken and Microsoft Office. I owned (and kept books for) my own company for over 20 years, and have worked for numerous other companies as well. Several of the companies for which I've worked have required in-depth bookkeeping clean-up and organization, and I provided this service and helped them become organized and streamlined with relatively short turn-around times.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals, non-profit and for-profit entities. Several of these entities have been multi-million dollar interests.
