Introduction: I'm not intimidated by a "bookkeeping nightmare." I have walked into offices that looked like a hurricane blew through them (and then found out that the books were just as bad), and implemented processes, procedures and systems that streamlined operations and created coherent and organized bookkeeping. I also teach and train clients and their staffs (where applicable) to maintain these systems, giving them "tracks to run on" going forward. I love seeing the stress and tension in my clients replaced by relief and calm. I take what seems to them to be an intimidating bookkeeping jumble, and turn it into a system that makes sense, and is manageable and functional. I also love the challenge that those scenarios represent. I've helped individuals and businesses, and the satisfaction when those "messes" are "cleaned up" is tremendous!

I wish I could give her more stars! She is very detail oriented and such a a hard worker. She initiated preparing training materials during her down time without even being asked. She communicates with you if she has completed a task. She was absolutely amazing! You will not regret it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting with a new customer to determine the scope of the project, I look at their bookkeeping and record-keeping system to assess what will be needed to put their accounting in order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years' experience working in QuickBooks, Quicken and Microsoft Office. I owned (and kept books for) my own company for over 20 years, and have worked for numerous other companies as well. Several of the companies for which I've worked have required in-depth bookkeeping clean-up and organization, and I provided this service and helped them become organized and streamlined with relatively short turn-around times.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals, non-profit and for-profit entities. Several of these entities have been multi-million dollar interests.
