- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to determining the price of a job, I do my best to make it a hassle free process. Typically, it does not take much information to give an accurate quote. I also stay up to date with competitor pricing to offer the best high quality service at an affordable market price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically tend to spend all the time I can to grab as much information as possible. This ensures I know exactly what we need to do, the best way to do it and ensures the customer is more than happy because they received exactly what they wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is truly a hands on industry, understanding and learning the trade over several years of experience.
