I’m a one-person handyman business with 20+ years of experience. I officially started Lil John Handyman Service LLC April 2025. which I built on being trustworthy, reasonable, and transparent with pricing. I always explain what I’m doing and why, so you understand your options before we move forward.
Over the years, I’ve seen too many customers overcharged, given the run around, or taken advantage of. My goal is different! I offer honest suggestions, fair rates, and quality work the first time. If I can’t do something, I’ll tell you upfront.

I normally have a good idea on pricing based on passed experiences. If I question a quote, I will research what the going prices or rates are in the area, andI make sure I bid under that price because I know money is usually tight these days.

Building not only a relationship, but trust that I can and do what I say I will.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done light construction for 20 yrs. I have 25 yrs. of concrete exp. Since 2010 I have moved from maintenance assistant to Maintenance Supervisor and I am now a Maintenance Director at an assited living facility.
