When we had a pipe leak in our basement, we didn't know what to do. We found Altru Restoration and called them to come out and assess the damage. Once they completed their inspection, they provided us with all of the information we needed, as well as offering to handle all of the communication with our insurance company. The process was streamlined and easy to handle, and the end result was a clean home once again! We 100% would use Altru Restoration again!

We had an underground sewer pipe break causing leakage in my finished basement. I noticed these mushroom looking things growing from my carpet. Altru responded within 1 hour of my call to them at 10pm on a Saturday night. The Alture Team quickly identified and confirmed that was indeed bacteria spores growing. They worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage, provided me with resources for additional contractors needed (plumbers). The Altru Team was courteous, Professional, Respectful and all around a pleasant group to work with. They even cleaned up after themselves!! We throughly enjoyed working with altru. From the first step to the last they were extremely easy to reach, ask questions to and deal with over all. Their response time was also amazing!
