True Finish was very professional, on time, and did a great job. The rooms look fantastic. When I had a small touch-up that needed attention, they were very responsive and took care of it quickly. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future painting projects around the house.

Hired 2 different True Finish teams to paint 2 different areas of my house -- both were excellent. On-time, responsive, first-class paint job, wall cracks & dents repaired perfectly, not a speck of paint out-of-place, & fantastic clean-up. Very patiently moved each piece of furniture back exactly where I wanted & responded to any request I had. Would definitely rehire.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home project is tailored around the owner's preferences and the amount of preparation needed to complete before painting. As a result, line pricing can be difficult. Our pricing compared to area painters, however, has proven to be very competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to visit the customer st their home to take a close work of exactly what is expected from us. Detailed measurements and notes of work to be done are noted so they can be outlined in detail on the estimate. After gathering all information, we submit a proposal for the customer to review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job experience and training contribute largely to our success in painting. I have also had classroom style learnings from when I operated a local franchise. We also are in touch with the newest technology on paint with our experts from Sherwin Williams. Lastly, we are a lead certified company so hours have been invested in safely working in lead areas.
